For The Record: Mihai Pol shares his 10 go-to grooves

One of the GH Blog's series, For The Record, is about digging. Each episode introduces an artist that selects 10 tracks from their music library. We asked Mihai Pol which are his latest go-to catchy grooves before his club visit this Saturday,

Chakaharta - L9 House what an incredibly groovy record released under the Fair Park Label in 2004 bringing up some deep electro vibes.

Xhz - Some Soul - a magnificent production that has the power to brighten any cloudy sky. Badass dark minimal influences and unreal smooth sound design.

Harrison BDP strikes again with ‘No Cure For Curiosity’ with his signature dub-infused percussion house. That drop is just pure ecstasy.

Passing Storms - an out-of-this-world composition by multi-instrumentalist James Burnham. Impossible not to love the mesmerizing breaks topped with hypnotizing vocals.

Exzakt - Outside Looking In -  the pure definition of progressive heavy layering. Exquisite how those whispering vocals create an entirely new atmosphere in the middle of the track.

Shadow Acid -- Brainforest - an ethos of the 90s rave culture showcasing a futuristic acid sound. Prepare for a braindance adventure.

The Spoon Wizard - Me & Spoonice is a dangerously addictive track that must be old-school certified to blow up your mind.

Holo-Bleu -  an Australian musical gem to take you on a 90's nostalgia or in the artist's wording << I chose this track’s title as a nod to Bicep’s “Glue >> Such a refreshing ode to the past.

Le Loup - Subtle Universe - the minimal track full of dark grooves we all long to hear with the right housy touch to “knock” you off your feet.

Ben Ulrich & Chico Fadelli - El Adolfo - last but not least, straight from Argentina’s minimal techno scene, here’s the cherry at the end of this playlist.
