Danube Festival takes over Club Guesthouse this weekend

Prepare to be transported to a world of electronic music and cultural exchange as the highly anticipated Danube Festival makes its way to Bucharest this weekend. Originating in 2019, the festival's mission was to curate exceptional electronic music events in various locations, ensuring meticulous planning and a quality experience. In 2023, the festival takes a leap forward with the first-ever day 'n night weekend-long Danube Festival, set against the backdrop of untouched nature and the industrial airport infrastructure of Berlin-Brandenburg's Airport.

"At Danube Festival, we believe that special moments should be shared with friends, partners, and artists, transcending borders and prejudices," encapsulates one of the core values driving the festival's ethos.

For their stop in Bucharest, the festival's crew has carefully curated a lineup of creative masterminds who have dedicated their lives to the discovery and creation of distinctive music experiences. From the unparalleled talent of French master Cabanne to Switzerland's finest, Eli Verveine, Italy's very own Christopher Ledger, and Romanian Prichindel, the night promises to be an enchanting journey of hypnotic beats and endless exploration. The Danube Connection

The Danube River, flowing from Germany to Romania before flowing into the Black Sea, traverses more countries than any other river in the world. Recognizing this profound link, the festival organizers have artfully combined the symbolism of the Danube River with the celebration of cultural exchange. "For us, the Danube River represents the epitome of cultural exchange in Europe—an embodiment of international connections and living together in cultural diversity. Our events strive to be a platform for this exchange, inviting both international and national artists to play a pivotal role in shaping the program."
