At just 25, Mianda dives deep into the electronic music scene as an eager newcomer. He's all set to make his debut at the club on March 23, laying down the warm-up before GEF takes the stage.

What drives you?

Finding new music every day that still surprises me and sharing it with people, as well as my group of friends who always level up the digging game and encourage me to delve deeper into the rabbit hole.

What kind of music makes you tick?

At this moment in time it's definitely electronic music. I love tracks that have a strange vibe to them, heavy basslines and unconventional synths.     

How would you describe your mixing style and selection?

I love long mixes with many genres spanning different years. Right now I'm really digging the early 2000's sound, no specific genre.

What inspired you to pursue this passion?

As a kid, I was usually the one bringing the soundsystem and DJing at the parties I was going to, so I've always been drawn to the idea of playing music for others. The long clubbing nights in Romania also helped

Who do you admire the most?

Besides my crew, which helped me evolve so much musically, there are two other artists who are a big inspiration for me: Onur Özer and Nicolas Lutz.

What is one of the best or most worthwhile investments you’ve ever made?

Our party concept and soon to be label "Trails" is my greatest investment of time and effort yet.

Your all-time favorite track?

The album "Violator" by Depeche Mode shaped me as a teenager. Can't really choose one track.
