April 8: 24 hours with the Giegling crew & Rhadoo.
On April 8 and 9, we'll go clubbing nonstop for 24 hours straight on Planet Giegling before we break for spring holidays. Rhadoo also joins this get together. It’s a very appealing way to take you to the edge of dance music - make you feel something different.
Scratching the surface of Giegling’s history
Giegling is many things, but it began in 2009 as a club and venue in Weimar, an East German city rich in culture and history, known for being the cradle of Bauhaus. After the club's first owners abandoned it, a group of friends took the spot over, and with the help of a borrowed soundsystem, began hosting their own parties. They only had 4 parties at Giegling before it was closed again, but what happened at those four parties was far more extraordinary than any of them could have imagined.
"We wanted to carry this energy, we wanted to save this vibe," says Konstantin. "That's how the label began. We wanted to press a requiem."
14 years later, Giegling's core artists are still chasing that energy, carefully archived through their electronic music label, for which they manufacture & design their own limited covers for each release.
Meanwhile, Giegling's core artists saw their gig calendars swell with international dates. After a winter in Mexico, followed by an array of gigs in USA, the Giegling crew flies back to Europe, with a pit stop in Switzerland at Club Supermarket, then heading towards Bucharest, followed by Netherlands, Belgium and UK.

Tickets will be sold at the door, subject to capacity.

• Daytime: 40 lei (10:00 > 00:00)
Can you come and go over the weekend?
The Giegling takeover event begins at 12 a.m. and continues into the late hours of Sunday. Dip in and out as often as you like.
Take care of yourself & each other
Kindly follow the directions of the security staff as they are there for your safety.
As always, stay safe and look out for each other. Make sure you stay hydrated and take regular breaks for fresh air. If you ever need a break from the dance floor, there are rest areas everywhere. Check in with your friends and leave together and safely.
