For the Record: 13 Giegling tracks you need to know

For The Record, a series on the GH Blog, is all about discovering new music. We turned to Giegling’s musical library ahead of the crew’s showcase on April 8, as they such a diverse and compelling release catalogue in the genre’s history.

The Giegling sound is a deeply alluring blend of micro house, dub techno and leftfield electronics, with artists like Dwig, Leafar Legov, Ateq, Edward and Kettenkarussell using minimal elements to create something grand.  From Giegling main label to Traumprinz or Staub sublabels, the label has a vast array of artists and genres represented you need to know more about.

Leafar Legov - I Need You (2021) encapsulates the feeling of seeing a sunset. A bold metaphor, maybe, but yeah. A little melancholic, very emotional.
